The information we collect is stored in the European Economic Area. Your information is stored in the tourism project unit under Team Botnia Ltd. 3 Information stored and for how long
We retain the information we collect through the contact forms, through the chat service or otherwise through our conversation with the customer. The information usually includes name and contact information. We retain the information for the time being and will only delete it if the customer so requests.

We want to develop our service for a more customer-friendly direction. We also want to serve and communicate to our visitors and customers about our services.
