Whitewater rafting is done in a rubber boat and everyone participates in steering by paddling. The first time is a trial of your skills and “the basic track” route follows the border, which is also where the river runs deepest. If circumstances allow, the second time will be an “action track” with more challenging tasks.

Tour duration is 90 min and includes two runs.

Group size:  a minimum 6 person.
Suitable for persons with a normal physical condition.

Meeting point is Pohjolan Pirtti, Koskitie 130, 95520 Tornio, Kukkolankoski.
Situated 15 km from Tornio city to the north by road E8.

Includes necessary rafting equipment, waterproof clothing, rubber boots, life jackets, helmets and wet suits if needed. We use self-bailing rafts and licensed river guides.
