Cape East is a Spahotel in Haparanda, located at the easternmost point of Sweden with Torne River and untouched nature as a neighbor.

Cape East’s heart is our award-winning SPA which has a wide range of experiences for maximum harmony and refreshment. In Midnight Ice, our spa amenity, with the world´s largest sauna you will encounter ancient traditions in a modern form.

The sauna, similar in design to a Mayan temple, has ten bench rows at different levels with capacity for up to 150 persons. At the top level you can relax in the heated pool area on the terrass while gazing over the border to Finland, and on the bottom level you find ice-baths, hot-water pools and a waterfall shower with icy water. In our relax room you can enjoy fresh fruit, tea and a healthy shot. Outside on the terrace you find our cold outdoor pool.
