Talvihehku – Vinterglöd Winter Glow is a joint event series organized by the cities of Tornio and Haparanda. During the event, a variety of cultural and sports activities are arranged for different target groups on both sides of the border, both outdoors and indoors.

Talvihehku also offers tips for spending the winter holiday in the twin border towns.

Almost all events are free of charge.
