2 cottages for rent south of Tornio by the river. Distance to Tornio is 4,5 km, to the nearest shops 2,5 km and 260 m to the nearest bus stop (buses to Kemi and Tornio). Use of a rowing boat and life vests are included in the price. To fish in the river you will need only the state fishing license. The owners of the cottages own a bakery nearby the cottages.

Log cottage

In the cottage, there is a small kitchen, a bedroom for 2 persons and a balcony where 3 persons can sleep. There is also a sauna, toilet, and shower in the cottage. In the kitchen, there is a fridge, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, dishwashing machine, a coffee maker and a toaster. In the living room, there is a fireplace, a TV, and a radio. On the terrace, there is a grill and also a grilling hut in the garden. The cottage is available year round.

The Old Cottage

A beautiful old cottage with a lovely interior made of 200-year-old logs. In the cottage, there is a small kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker and a toaster. There is a bed sofa for 2 persons and on the second floor, there is a balcony for 5 persons. In the cottage, there is a fireplace, TV and a radio. The sauna of the cottage is a nice old-fashioned wooden heated kind which has no running water. The water comes from the owners’ house and connected with a hose to the sauna. In the garden, there is an outhouse toilet and a storage for wood. You can play darts, play badminton and soccer in the garden. The cottage is in use from May to October.

Both cottages have electric heating. The firewood and cutlery and linen are included in the price. For extra linen and towel, there will be an extra charge of 5 €/person. Domestic animals are allowed.
